Dear Valued Customer
We hereby notify you that all NanoH2O products will undergo a packaging and label design update beginning March 2026. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance brand consistency across all product lines and to provide clearer, more unified product communication in global markets.
The new design reflects the updated NanoH2O brand identity and includes improvements to visual clarity, standardized layout elements, and enhanced readability of essential product information. This update applies to our RO/NF membranes as well as to the QuantumPure™ IX Resins and QuantumFlux™ UF/MBR products.

1. Transition Period
During the transition period, products may be supplied in either the existing LG Chem packaging or the new NanoH2O packaging, depending on production timing and remaining inventory. Mixed shipments may therefore occur for certain product categories until the transition is completed.
To support your operational planning, we provide the following implementation schedule:
| Product Category | New Label & Box Design Application Date | Mixed Shipment Period |
| RO | March 1, 2026 | Until August 31, 2026, or until the depletion of existing inventory, whichever comes first. |
| NF | March 1, 2026 | Until August 31, 2026, or until the depletion of existing inventory, whichever comes first. |
| IX Resins | Apri 1, 2026 | New label only (No transition period) |
| UF / MBR | Apri 1, 2026 | New label only (No transition period) |
2. Unchanged Product Performance, Quality, and Specifications
Please be assured that this update affects only the packaging and label design.
There are no changes to:
• Product specifications or technical characteristics
• Product performance or quality
• Certification standards or inspection processes
• Packaging dimensions or pallet configurations
All products will continue to meet NanoH2O’s established performance and quality requirements.
Should your organization require shipments with new packaging only, due to internal procedures, downstream customer expectations, or regulatory documentation needs, please contact your NanoH2O sales representative in advance. Such requests will be accommodated to the extent possible, based on inventory and production schedules.
If you require additional documentation—including packaging images, label samples, or technical descriptions, your regional sales representative will be pleased to assist.
We sincerely appreciate you’re understanding and cooperation during this transition, and we remain committed to providing products and services that meet the highest standards of quality.
